Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to membership purchases in the Elite Rewards Hub privilege card program. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be requested.

1. Membership Purchases

1.1 Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you decide to cancel your membership within this period, you are eligible for a full refund of the membership fee, provided that the membership card (if physical) has not been used to access any benefits or discounts.

1.2 Activation of Benefits

Once you have activated your membership by using any of the benefits or discounts offered through our program, the cooling-off period is no longer applicable, and refunds will be subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2 below.

1.3 Digital Memberships

For digital-only memberships, the cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase. However, if you have accessed or used any digital benefits, the membership is considered activated, and the cooling-off period no longer applies.

2. Refund Eligibility After Activation

2.1 Service Unavailability

If a significant portion of our advertised benefits becomes permanently unavailable within the first three months of your membership due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining membership period.

2.2 Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing your membership benefits, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within 30 days of your first report, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be calculated based on the duration of the technical issues and the remaining membership period.

2.3 Relocation

If you relocate outside of the United Arab Emirates where our services are not available, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion of your membership. Documentation of relocation may be required, and the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining membership period, less an administrative fee of AED 150.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

3.1 Change of Mind

After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will not be issued simply due to a change of mind or if you decide that the membership no longer suits your needs.

3.2 Underutilization

Refunds will not be provided based on underutilization of membership benefits. The value of the membership is in the access to benefits, regardless of how frequently they are used.

3.3 Promotional Offers

Memberships purchased under special promotional offers, discounts, or as part of a bundle may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

3.4 Violation of Terms

No refund will be issued if your membership is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the membership benefits.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department at refunds@arabfazzae.shop or through the contact form on our website. Please include your membership number, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund.

4.2 Required Documentation

We may request supporting documentation to process your refund request, such as proof of purchase, evidence of service unavailability, or documentation of relocation.

4.3 Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be processed within an additional 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

4.4 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.

5. Membership Upgrades and Downgrades

5.1 Upgrades

If you upgrade your membership to a higher tier, the additional payment is non-refundable outside of the standard cooling-off period for the upgrade transaction.

5.2 Downgrades

If you downgrade your membership to a lower tier, the difference in price may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining membership period, less an administrative fee of AED 100.

6. Corporate Memberships

Corporate memberships are subject to the terms specified in the corporate agreement. Standard refund policies may not apply to corporate memberships, and specific terms will be outlined in the corporate membership agreement.

7. Gift Memberships

Refunds for gift memberships can only be requested by the purchaser, not the recipient, and are subject to the same cooling-off period and conditions as standard memberships.

8. Amendments to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
