The Card remains the property of Elite Rewards Hub and must be returned upon request. The Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

Benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated. Benefits are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value.
Partner offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee the availability of all offers at all times.
Partners are independent businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the goods or services provided by Partners.
Any disputes regarding goods or services obtained through the Program should be resolved directly with the Partner. However, we may assist in facilitating communication between members and Partners.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Rewards Hub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Program or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
